Auf die S\u00e4ttel – fertig – los!<\/h2>\n

Am vergangenen Samstag waren wir mit dem Rad \u201eauf den Spuren des Nachbergbaus\u201c unterwegs. Gemeinsam mit rund 20 Teilnehmenden der VHS Bochum ging es bei bestem Wetter durch den Bochumer Norden. Hier finden sich die Hinterlassenschaften des Steinkohlenbergbaus praktisch an jeder Ecke – mal ganz offensichtlich, mal eher im Verborgenen. Unter der Leitung von Prof. Dr. Tobias Rudolph vom Forschungszentrum Nachbergbau thematisierte die Tour insbesondere die technischen Herausforderungen wie Grubenwasserhaltung, Poldermanagement, Monitoring z. B. von Methangas oder um den Erhalt von Industriekultur.<\/p>\n
