Julia Haske, head of the Land Use & Transition research area at FZN, successfully passed her dissertation defense, thereby completing her doctoral degree at Ruhr University Bochum. Her cooperative doctoral program – with primary enrollment in International Political Economy of East Asia at RUB’s Faculty of East Asian Studies and secondary enrollment at THGA in Geotechnical Engineering and Post-Mining – is distinguished by its international perspective and its strong focus on highly topical issues.
The doctoral thesis entitled "Innovation Diffusion in EU-China Relations with regard to Industrial Policy: Potential of Eco-Innovations in Post-Mining" by Julia Haske, head of the Land Use & Transition research area at the FZN, addresses fields of utmost relevance, including foreign policy and economic policy.
The FZN team took the successful defense of Dr. des. Julia Haske's doctoral thesis as an opportunity to hold a celebratory reception.
Our colleagues at the Research Center for Post-Mining (FZN) would like to congratulate Dr. des. Julia Haske (who will soon hold the academic title "Dr. phil." following the publication of her doctoral thesis) on this outstanding achievement!
